Manahatta

I recently attended the launch night of Manahatta in Harrogate and it was such a great night.

My wife said that the ladies toilets alone are an Instagram must – the flowers, the mirror – apparently amazing!!!

We had such a great evening enjoying a menu tasting of the sharing platter which are great value for money and the food was just delicious. Mini burgers, tempura prams, mozzarella fries, calamari melts, spring rolls, worth a go and so filling.

Alternative include the Empire state chicken which is a tower of chicken, slaw, fries and waffles with the option to add a BBQ sauce or gravy, these were all just delicious. We finished the tasting with the cheesecake and strawberry mess sundae which was sweet and just again the perfect end to the evening.

Manahatta have also launched some new cocktails to their already amazing menu, we got to partake in a mini cocktail making class where we made the Kimono Martini cocktail which has an oriental style, the Manahatta spritz is a lovely light grapefruit gin cocktail and my personal favourite was the Sailors punch which was Sailor Jerrys spiced rum paired with pineapple, ginger, maple syrup and lime and it is beautiful. These are only some of Manahatta's own cocktail creations, that go alongside a wide variety of the classics; pornstar martini, old fashioned, daquiri etc.
